XPLANE Culture Map
When XPLANE made our first acquisition I was concerned that we would begin to dilute our culture, which I saw as one of our core strengths. Working with a few other team members at XPLANE, we developed a map of our company culture; specifically the things we didn't want to lose; the things that had made the company successful. We called it the culture map and it has become especially useful as we have conversations about management, change and growth.
